How to custom UI Component Filter?

Magento 2 allows filtering out of the box and gives the same results for similar postcodes (with the space and without). For example, if we use a Shipping Address field, we will see only a precise result.
How can we filter a part of the shipping address zip code? Let’s do that and add the additional logic to allow us to filter postcodes with space and without a room.
